New Gmail interface?

I discovered two days ago in Labs the new Gmail interface wave style. Really beautiful and functional. I guess it will become available for all accounts in a few weeks.

(Of course... this is a fake)

Button are now Wave style, and 3 view is available, Chat and tasks windows are now movable!
